Love how great an interviewer you are and how the guests respond to you. The shows have become my Tuesday comfort “food”. My answer to your question is the most expensive thing I splurge on is special family vacations. My daughters and I took my mom to Wimbledon this past summer for her 90th birthday. She’s a huge tennis fan and still plays, so this was definitely worth the expense as a bucket list gift.

I LOVE Mark-Paul. There is something about him that feels genuine and honest and down to earth. Straight forward. And especially given his fame. He feels like a guy who kept his humanity, real life and character and that is refreshing. I root for him the times he comes across the ether sphere.

The fact that he said he’s a pessimist and low confidence makes the Zack Morris performance even greater. He sold that character. Saved by the Bell will always be special to me as its seasons paralleled the exact years in my JHS/HS years.

I got to work on a music video set once and it was hilarious- the star did not have the song lyrics memorized- were very busy- and someone crawled around on the floor holding up signs with the lyrics that were out of the camera shot. It was kinda hilarious to see that background. It was a little chaotic.

GREAT EPISODE!! I got rid of plantar fasciitis with a good Physical Therapist. Then I kept up strengthening my feet and working out barefoot and it hasn't come back in 8 years. I live in NYC.

Hey Katie, Im a licensed massage therapist and I tell young moms the airplane story. When you are on a plane with your children the stewardists always tell us to put the oxygen mask on ourselves First then our children. Cause if you pass out how do you take care of them. Its hard sometimes to take care of ourselves first. A lot of guilt but you want tobe the best version of you when with them. Its ok to take the time for you. Dont be too hard on yourself. You are doing a great job.!!😊

Everyone thinks of Saved by the Bell when they think of Mark. I totally missed it cuz I was already in college. To me he's Sipowicz's final partner---Clark in NYPD Blue. I never would've thought he was in a teen sitcom if that's all I saw him in. Great characterization.

Oh my goodness what a great video! Thinking about the amount of sleep is so important now as research points to getting 7-8 but I was nagged one day about only 4 hours by a stranger. If it helps, let me share what a top Manhattan orthopedic doctor told my Mom when she was a child about her polio affected feet to walk in sand as much as possible to strengthen them. Thank you for sharing your story of you and your Mom's battle with foot pain. ❤

Sorry to tell you Katee warmer climate doesn't matter. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for 25 years. Lived in very warm place most of my life and lived in CO for 3 years then back to warm climate. Makes no difference. Have done PT for it. Helped some but I just have flare ups. Like your mom I am never barefoot. I wear Fitflop Shuv Felt Clogs all the time at home. They are very firm but the ONLY shoe that helps me. I take them everywhere. It helps keep the PF under control. Good luck. There are way worse things in life but PF can be very difficult.

I can definitely side on good sleep, particularly older, in my younger 50s and been pulling more sinc mid 40s. Healing factor and recovery just degrades so much after 40, unfortunately. Better sheets and blackout blinds and I keep slowly upgrading my pillows. It’s funny because I told coworkers recently, that I know I am older because I was excited to get my new pillow haha. Feel like I side with Mark, about occasional drinking but socially but usually side with sleep more so. I buy Kimera Koffee as a bit of an indulgence, more expensive and to save a buck. I buy it in bulk 5 pound bag, but do like the l theanine and taste. Worst cup of coffee, tends to be at car auto repair shops blah.

Mark is super mellow... if I didn't know who he was, 'actor' would probably never occur to me if I was guessing his occupation. Absolute worst coffee... Kenco Smooth Instant Coffee, get it at Tesco in the UK. Recently spent a few months in the UK and it was the first instant I tried. I mean, it smelled like ass as soon as I opened the jar, I probably shoulda stopped there. Usually, I will still use crappy instant in a pinch, but I got about 3 sips in and just had to dump the jar. Maybe I got a batch loaded with rat feces or something, it was awful. Definitely worth a try if you are in the UK.

This was probably around 2015 ish. (I’m 45 now) I was also hiking with those 5 finger shoes to try to strengthen my feet. Now I have to wear custom orthotics or Birkenstocks around the house but that’s due to my knees that give me trouble now😂😭 my feet feel fine

He's really good in Found, that's on season 2 rn. He plays a serial little girl kidnapper and the character is DARK and complex. It's a procedural (I love procedurals but some don't) so take that as you will.
