That was an excellent show. Thanks for sharing. I love Hallmark movies and I like me more of you in them has very talented. That’s great. I hope you have fun and your family happy safe all throughout Christmas and the new year. May you have much work as you want And still have free time for yourself and your family thank you for the work you do though your fans appreciate it and I’m sorry I know you don’t have any control over it, but I can’t wait to see Mandalorian again. Your character is awesome in that show. It’s it’s very necessary. She’s so important to the show And she is the leader of the Mandalorian. You can’t handle that without her. And you are Bo ca tan and no one can replace you. thanks for the fun until next time.

Merry Christmas to the one and only beloved Mand’alor, Bo-Katan Kryze, Lady Kryze, and Din Djarin! 🎄✨ One and only Bo, aka Katee Sackhoff, your laugh is contagious and you truly made my day, especially since I was in total Grinch mode! 😅💚💚

I am unironically a fan of hallmark Christmas movies. I was surprised when I saw Katee’s movie a couple years ago, I never thought of her in that kind of movie or show. I really enjoyed it and it is on of the movies I try to watch each year during Christmas season.

Love your thoughts on real, sometimes unexpected, and sometimes underloved Christmas gifts. Faking that you love a gift for the sake of a loved one's joy is absolutely an underappreciated skill.

I grew up in a GINORMOUS Catholic family. The Christmas routine was: Attend mass way too early in the morning, head to Hot N Tot in Lomita (definitely go if you're in the area) to have a family breakfast, then back home. The boys would hand out the gifts, as I recall (the least they could do!), and Mom would take pictures of us with our gifts. Fiiiiiiinally, she gave the go-ahead to open our presents. Let me tell you, we REALLY appreciated ALL of our gifts after all that rigmarole. 😂

Merry Christmas to you all. Awesome podcast as always. I live in Australia so Christmas is always hot lol Christmas has changed a lot over the years and now it's usually just me, my husband, three adult boys, their partners and we have a 4.5 month old grandson this year. My parents are still around which I am grateful for (they are 80 now). One of my favourite Christmas traditions is on Christmas Eve we go to my parents place, reminisce, laugh a lot and sing Christmas Carols. My parents were born in the Netherlands so this year I looked up some traditional Dutch Christmas Eve things and made Advocaat (Dutch Eggnog) and Kruidnoten Cookies (Dutch Ginger Nuts). It brought back a lot of memories for my dad and made this year that little bit more special - my dad has had a lot of health issues and we are lucky he is still with is. So very grateful ❤

What a delightful video! Our traditional activities were always so important and really appreciated by my family and friends. Best remembered was being with my Grandparents and making cookies. Just as you were talking about everything started like Halloween and kept up until Superbowl Sunday (we really kept the idea of Candle Mass) or February 2 . We just came from 4:00 Christmas Eve Mass and then listen to your video . To you all and your family Merry Christmas and health, wealth and much joy ❤️🎄

One of the family traditions I remember was we would gather in the morning and go hunting until the afternoon. Then come back and help get dinner together . Then after we would all gather around the tree to open gifts.

I agree for the most part about the money/gift card with one exception. Bookstore gift cards are essential for serious readers. Even if those closest to you know your reading tastes intimately, there's no way for anyone to know, even if they see your shelves everyday, what's exactly on the shelf. Bookstore gift cards ensure no repeats of what's already on one's shelves.

Money is indeed the best gift for those of us with uninformed family who won't look at online wishlists. Somehow there's a mental disconnect within people who can't learn someone's wants/needs and still think cash is "too impersonal".

@21:30 Giving money for Christmas is not stupid. It's easy, but more to the point, it's lazy. And that's why people do it, there's no stress or anxiety over giving a gift every year.
