Indeed lucky those who are holders of the top 10 most powerful passports you don't have only the comfort of travelling without a visa to many of the countries of the world but you are also blessed to receive the highest salaries compared to your contenders. When I and my colleague asked to the Ministry of Manpower here in the Middle East ( don't have to mention what GCC country I am working now), the man on the desk spoke to us after hearing our lamentation...." well, your salary depends to the kind of passport that you are holding and the salary scale that is given to both of you now is just right"...we were shocked on what we've heard but I have to say without any doubts that we can also do better in the performance of our job and can give better outputs than our colleagues who belong to the top 10 with powerful passports. It's a bit painful though...just because we are a holder of Filipino passport then we are denied of the best privileges that the top 10s are enjoying? In this case everyone wishes to be part of those top 10 countries..who will say no anyway? whatever is, one thing that I've realized being a citizen from a third world country is to work hard...attain the highest level of Education because in my kind of profession even if I can outsmart my contender in job performance it will not matter to beat his or her salary since I am not a holder of this nor that...etc... Why it makes sense when you are from a first, second, third or from the poorest of the poor country? Because these words were made as a result many talented, hard-working and efficient workers are deprived of receiving a higher scale of salaries compared to those who belong to the top 10 whose merits and qualifications or many whose job outputs when assessed were not pretty good that much, yet they can enjoy the luxury of positions, handsome salaries and the comfort of hopping to many of the countries in the world. Feeling sad.

Unless otherwise they have proven educational backgrounds of the highest qualifications and honors well that could at least be able to weigh the work positions and salaries differences but will not be that much.
