For the past couple of weeks I’ve had very bad imposter syndrome, but last night I finally got back to writing my first draft!!! I’m also working on a book that I don’t I’ll publish (or at least it won’t be my debut). I’ve had so many conflicting feelings about it due to that fact, and I just have to keep reminding myself that ~this is for me, not everything I write has to be for monetary value~

Your vlogs always give me life! I totally know the feeling of having to step aside from a project for a long time because it seems beyond repair...glad to know it's a common struggle among writers and I know you'll get your mojo back (the word count on Thursday seems to be a great indication!)

Also for the “good thing that happened to me today” I’m gonna say your TAVP playlist. Currently listening to High (Keep Up) by Bo Baskoro and I think it’s a great fit for the book and also a song Im really starting to like. Also feeling oddly nostalgic & missing ur book even though I only read it like 2 months ago and wasn’t even sure if I liked it enough to read again? Apparently I’m wrong and I wish I had a hard copy (wasn’t able to pick one up & need to order one in but I’m not in town long enough yet haha)

I definitely go up and down while writing. I'm writing a trilogy, an epic fantasy with multiple pOVs and it's more of a slow moving plot, think LoTR, GoT, Wheel of Time, etc. It's ROUGH. I know I love it, and I'm still in early stages, but there are definitely days I want to throw in the towel.

Since quarantine started my screen time has doubled, and I hate it!! Download the forest app because of you to try to lessen screen time. Never had heard of it before so thanks for always using it 😁 I'm thinking it will really help
