Have you been to Bangalore? Have you been to Mumbai or Kolkatta?? Or check with any of your friends who live there. Chennai is far better than those places in making progress in construction completion. Inspite of Central government stopping the funds for Chennai metro, TN govt on its own has loaned out money to the construction companies.
