You are one of the only people I watch in your niche. You are very genuine and your videos come off so easy. I love that your vibe is very approachable and real. I’ve definitely been learning a lot! My channel and IG are both slowly growing but I’m proud of them! I’m letting myself evolve with it and seeing where it takes me. After years of being around the coaching industry it’s really felt disheartening in so many ways to keep pushing. But I know my why and I know that someone somewhere is looking to for exactly what I offer even if it means pivoting slightly! Thank you for being you!

You're an inspiration! I just found your channel as I'm beginning to create content for social media and literally had an imposter syndrome breakdown the other day. Thank you for being your authentic self and sharing the ups and downs in your journey. I really liked what you said at 9:01. "They're here, build it for them!" I've been recently getting a lot more KZbin volume and been working to adapt to the new viewers. It's like the old saying, "keep it simple, stupid", just give them more of what they want, and bigger, higher value versions of what they want. Stop overthinking. Just the video I needed to see as I scale my online business!

This is exactly how I feel lol wanting to start a channel but no “niche” or direction…I don’t want to be trapped in a box by limiting myself to a niche
@kinseydesignsbrands2 жыл бұрын
I feel you! But finding your truest niche/position will not feel like you're boxed in, it's like finding a shoe that fits just right! You try on a bunch of pairs that absolutely suck and give you blisters, until you finally find the pair that you want to wear forever with every outfit. It's actually so liberating to find your true position. You can always pivot and change when something doesn't fit right as you evolve, but it's important to reflect on what doesn't feel right, as well as what does!

What did you do when you couldn't deliver for your clients? It one thing to have imposter syndrome and actually be skilled as opposed to having imposter syndrome and lacking the skills to deliver. Especially in the beginning stages of you business as you develop your skills.
@katie2 жыл бұрын
well, when I first started I was just creating videos for people, and that I could 100% deliver on. People saw my portfolio and then hired me to come and film and edit videos for them. And then (sort of without me realizing it) I learned marketing skills through helping those clients determine when/where/how to post those videos I made for best results. So I guess what I'm saying is, I was delivering on these services for clients but it took my mindset a while to catch up and realize that I was able to offer that (and in fact, I had been for a while)

I have grown a lot over the past month more on TikTok, Instagram and KZbin but I’ve never wanted to stop making videos cuz of my subscriber count. I honestly enjoy making them cuz they are fun. General question as I am curious about starting my own youtube content: don't you have to get permission in advance to enter a business and film (whatever) your time in their space? How do you do that? At the time of arrival and explain or do you plan what you will visit and ask in advance? Love your channel!
