One thing to consider if you already have a healthy sleep pattern and rem sleep - or meditation practice the artificial device likely won't make much difference. If you are already in a healthy range naturally - it doesn't really "boost" or improve that. Indeed a healthy natural sleep is probably better. But if your a person who has insomnia and due to stress, habitual mental habits has sleep or focus issues and brain waves that default to unhealthy patterns then the device helps bring you back into a much healthier range. It's like a "crutch". If you don't have a broken leg it doesn't help and probably hinders movement. But if you do have a broken leg it's a game changer that helps you walk. Should be approached in the same way.

I have had exceptionally positive results from using NeoRhythm. I have suffered from poor sleep quality for about 4 years, yet in two months my sleeping has been transformed by using this device. I also use it for meditation, and I wouldn’t be without it. I genuinely believe that this PEMF technology has the potential to be life-changing. I’m guessing that much higher field strengths may be tolerated in areas well away from the brain, but this needs further research. I’m really pleased that I have discovered NeoRhythm.

I got my Neorhythm a week ago. It’s been a life changer for me! I haven’t slept very well at all in 15 years, but from the first night, Neorhythm helped improve my sleep drastically. I’ve also had some incredibly deep afternoon naps with it in which I haven’t been able to do in two years since my brother died. It’s helped calm my erratic, negative thoughts drastically. To the point that I feel ‘normal’ again. It’s lightened the load of 5 years of intense stress. I feel lighter, happier and more energetic. I’m just an Alberta girl sharing my experience. I have no affiliations with any companies. For me, it’s been a life changer already and I’ve only had it for a week. I’ll give updates over the next several months.

I’ve been using it now for 6 months and I see it as a great investment! And even if I didn’t like it, the $60 for returning it are less than any single therapy session I could pay for. I use all settings but pain control as that didn’t help me with migraines. I have ADHD and I don’t medicate, this device and discipline are my only medication. I have occasional episodes of insomnia. I work at a mentally intense environment where speed, multitasking and mental clarity are essential and I can see a huge difference when I use Neorhytm and when I don’t. Yes, I can’t see neurofeedback but the other devises that provide that feature are highly inaccurate. You can’t get clear and accurate reading at home setting. I have purchased a second one as a gift.
@David-_-_-2 жыл бұрын
I have one too only purchased a couple of months ago. I found using it on my head seemed to be a bit too intense. Only used it for short periods. Weirdly though I found using it on my feet worked way better - for my mental state, relaxation etc. Seemed to be less intense but have overall better effects. Also don't feel like I'm radiating my brain. Think it taps into maybe nervouse system and reflexology stuff but I basically pemf my feet 😅

I liked your video so much that I subscribed. However, I think you should have given NeoRhythm more time. When I first received mine, I thought it was ineffective for at least a week. After about the 2nd or 3rd week, it appears to have trained my brain. My sleep was dramatically improved. After 8 months of use, I can tell you that I have not had insomnia on any night when I used it. Maybe it works differently for different people, but there is no doubt that my results were not a placebo thing. The results were pretty darn extreme for the good.

I just got this device and I've been getting the best sleep in years using this. I had been taking melatonin up to 20mg a night and couldn't get to sleep without it. My chiropractor said it's not good to take that much everyday so I was looking for alternatives. After several unsuccessful supplements to help with sleep, I took a chance on this and am so glad I did. It not only helps me sleep, it helps me get into meditation state. I've struggled with that for year and this just helps quite the mind. It also helps with pain relief. I had bad neck pain right before getting this as well, not anymore. My parter uses it for her pain when needed as well. It's not like the many massagers or vibration devices I've bought before, it's subtle, but effective.

When I posted this question about their very obscure return policy on their FB Community , they promptly deleted that post, so they are not being very upfront--if they believe in their product so much, they would either reprice it for including returns or they would state a simple disclaimer that return shipping to Slovenia is NOT included.

Could a Type A person need more PMF time to see results? Could a Type A person be the most difficult type to affect? Just wondering.
@katie_moore4 жыл бұрын
haha, I think it has less to do with Type A and more to do with sensitivity to stimulation. Both my Fiance and his mother see much clearer result from PEMF technology. I have tried the Pulse Centers devices, those things use a fighter jet engine to power PEMF devices that shake your whole body! I've felt the effects of PEMF and believe in the tech, but I think these types of at home devices are too subtle for me personally.

Very helpful, thanks. You mentioned waiting for the HaloSport folks to come out with something. Was that just an offhanded remark, or do you know that they will be? I also use an Oura *and* have an Emotiv EEG rig, and would really want to see measurable brainwave changes to buy in to a home device like this. Another reviewer raves about how awesome it is, but only has the vaguest data, and then has an affiliate link to buy the device. Not cool. I'm specifically after a PEMF or TMS device that would promote more stability in my deep sleep. I suffer from a sleep disorder that makes this part of my sleep cycle totally unstable (NREM parasomnia) - but I have ZERO issue falling asleep, so all the vague talk by some promoters around devices treating *insomnia* do nothing for me. Any suggestions would be welcome!

I have heard directly from the Halo sport team that they are working on a focus and memory device. They have not yet announced a timeline on release though... I'm sorry you struggle with sleep. Hopefully I can help. On PEMF devices and similar devices to help with sleep I would recommend looking into the following devices. - Apollo Neuro - Hapbee - MicroPulse ICES devices (FYI I have not had success with PEMF devices but my fiance likes them) Also look at the Nucalm service. They have incredible binaural beats that can help with sleep onset. I also experimented with a melatonin suppository called Sandman. Just FYI I am not a doctor. These are just the things I have used to help with sleep. Good luck! reach out if you have questions. you can also hit me up on instagram chat.

My only criticism of your video is that you mentioned the return policy as shady, when in fact, it's not. The company is based in Slovenia, and it's quite normal that you have to cover the cost of delivery. It's not Amazon or another large company that can afford to offer free return shipping. My experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with their product, I requested a full refund and was informed that I would need to cover the return shipping costs to Slovenia, a location outside the USA. The policy of not providing a shipping label or covering the associated expenses contradicts their proclaimed commitment to honoring returns. This has resulted in a negative experience with the company, prompting me to caution others about their substandard customer service. I advise against investing in their products, as the company has exhibited untrustworthiness and a focus on financial gain rather than customer satisfaction.

Watching the use of the Muse and Neorhythm I can see why your results were sketchy. When one uses two electronic devices layered over top of each other I really must ask myself, is this a review or an opinion piece from someone not really understanding anything about what they are testing or even how to effectively test them. The claim of there only being one study to confirm the theory is just pure horseshit itself. Complaining about the return policy or test tube is laughable considering there are so many tire kickers such as yourself trying stupid games and making claims either way. I own both Muse and Neorhythm devices and find great benefits of each when used appropriately. In my opinion this is a #reviewfail not a failure of the devices, theories nor technology.

All I'm hearing is things about sleep and recovery. I want to hear about it helping with mental health, as this claims to be like TMS therapy, which was designed for mental disorders. This does not compare and should not have been accepted into the market. Just another oura ring lol.

The return address in Slovenia ???. A big NO NO. I cannot understand why they are not selling it on other platforms like Amazon or caputron ?

Agreed. Personally I haven’t gone through the process of creating and distributing a product, but I’m sure it has its challenges. Having a good return policy is important because the product should be worth keeping.

People here commenting that it “works for them” are obviously either affiliated with the company or paid to write positive comments on social media. Keep yo money peeps ;)

Haha, yeah there's a lot of very emphatic fans of the product. I doubt they are all affiliated however it's very much a polarizing device. Whether it's placebo or real, it has helped a lot of people. It has also been a waste of money for a lot of people ;)
