I really appreciate the fact that you take the time to do a slow tutorial for a newbie artist like myself. I absolutely love the ocean and water is very difficult to paint - for me anyways. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful skills and paintings. It is much appreciated❤

Enjoyed having a go on this one. Although had trouble with my clouds, and they just got bigger and bigger! Then picked up orange on my sleeve, which went all over unpainted beach, but all in all, a very enjoyable afternoon’s painting!😊

LOVE LOVE LOVE this - those clouds are spectacular! More seascapes would be lovely, with different colors and moods. I also love your florals and would enjoy that as well. I am so excited to get going on this, thank you Katie!!! xo

Painted a picture for my boyfriends grandma to one of your painting tutorials with flowers! I just wanted to say thank you! Because you single handedly thought me that you don’t have to have years and years of experience just to create something beautiful! You teach so well and make things so understandable. Just wanted to let you know you’re doing a great job and I love your videos!!!!

I have taken the pains to try and learn how to paint a local river scene with clouds and green trees. I'm really struggling with the reflections of the sky on the brown and green water. While I prefer ocean scenes to paint I also love to tube down our local River in the summer and I want to finish a painting I've started but I get so frustrated! Either it's too close to the sky to seem real, or doesn't highlight the waves in a way I want. I'll keep trying but in the meantime any tips?!
