One of my sisters had her house flooded during Hurricane Katrina. She had to break everything down to the studs in her house. When it was time to paint the interior she chose a lovely PINK! Just her bedroom was painted blue. Everyone who came into the house was amazed. Mostly men commented on it. When she put it on the market to sell, she had 15 offers in one day! I love that table! My youngest child is 40 and I still have a coffee table that underneath all 3 of my kids have written on. They say "Sarah loves ###", "Amy likes ###," and " April likes###" I wouldn't take any amount of money for it!

I think this is my favorite peice you have refinished. The pink is perfect for the flower shaped top. The taupe wash looks so good too. Maple is a gorgeous wood. Just a stunning peice!

I love this so much, Katie! Now I need to find my own scalloped table! I’m a furniture embellisher more than a refinisher. This means I stencil and decoupage and pattern and faux finish and add multiple colors to my furniture. This is the perfect canvas for my antics! It’s why I love embellishing wood chairs with spindles (yes, I am crazy)! You created a gorgeous and unique table and I love what you did with yours. I’m glad you’re keeping it!🌸

We were shopping for a dinning table recently in vintage shops and found a scalloped table just like this. I was immediately in love! It was the first time I've see a table like that.
