Are you having problems in your relationships or trouble with your friends? You're not alone. Having complicated friendships or toxic friendships is something that's very normal. A friendship can be just as intense or complicated as an intimate relationship. The good news is that often times broken friendships or friend problems can be fixed, and a lot of it has to do with how we show up in our friendships. Or perhaps you're having trouble making friends or have a hard time developing long term friendships, you may be doing one of these two things. We may often have too high of expectations for people or our friendships, and we also make assumptions about what our friends are saying or doing when they communicate with us. We may be having a lot of problems with our friends or in our friendships and we may be wondering how to heal or mend or fix a broken or toxic friendship. This video talks about two of the biggest bad habits in developing friendships and tips on how to mend or fix or heal a bad friendship or friendship fight or argument. But not always do we want to fix friendships. Some friendships do expire, which I talk more about in the lower video. Have personal experiences with this topic? Leave them in the comments below.
