I might be wrong but I think a lot of people (myself included when I first started watching these types of uploads), take types of this content for granted.. i.e. just showing up and shoving food down, for most of you I’m sure there’s a lot more behind the scenes that we don’t see, not just the physical but the mental and also not forgetting the travel, editing etc etc…I’m sure the list goes on, hats off to you guys, love you both ❤

You can't outwork a bad diet. Eventually the metabolism slows down with age, and the pounds come piling on. The key here is: not that old yet.
@lauracmoloney-kenny28578 ай бұрын
Actually, as I’ve aged I’ve gone the opposite way. Though I was always slim to “normal” , as I’ve aged my normal healthy diet has seen my weight plummet to severely underweight.😢

Depends on what the "bad diet" entails. You're probably facing malnourishment, insulin imbalance or cholesterol/heart health issues way before metabolism issues. Also, everyone has different metabolic rates because of hormones. Good health isn't a one stop shop. Sure, it's calories in/out, but there's so many other elements.
