You can tell that Randy hates to lose. Near the final few seconds, Katina has not swallowed her last bite. In every one of Randy's food challenges, he swallows his last bite before declaring the win, so they really went over the 1 hour time limit and bent the rules for the win. If Randy didn't get up to adjust the lighting, they could have beat the clock.
