You can make them whatever size you want. you have to measure the space. Every name is different because of the letters but i make mines no bigger than 5 1/2 in long and no wider that 2 1/2. it varies depending on the font.

I have other videos on cutting vinyl. It’s all the same. Just insert image or type names into the software you are using and the machine does the cutting. Please refer to older videos.

I have multiple size cups this video is on bottles so not sure what cup you’re referring to. Take a measuring tape and measure the height and just use that space with some space left at the top and bottom. Average size cup my decals are 3 inches

Yes you can feel any vinyl you apply to any surface. But the longer it’s on the harder it is to come off you can seal it with a clear sealer if you like.
