The music sound is too loud to hear. Can if be fixed?

Not really at that point the logistic of the place was not the best they had a lot of noises around so we really did our best with what we had

I have to give props to the translator. He allowed Meijin-san speak uninterrupted for long stretches and then translate quite well.

He did an amazing job and was a true gentleman

This was a great interview and insight. Liked the discussion of changes in the Gunpla community since he started in the hobby as well as differences between North American and Japanese builders (historically and in popularity). Really interesting.

That was my fave part in the Q&A as well! I liked the fact that he's excited about the shifting balance of Japanese and Western modeling techniques.

Congrats on getting this amazing opportunity to interview this legend. But I have to say the editing and adding of this background music just doesn't work. The background music was too loud... Was Kawaguchi-san speaking softly or was the audio just bad? I was hoping to hear his voice as well even if I don't understand japanese.
@GunplaNetwork5 жыл бұрын
A bit of both actually, Meijin speak really softly but also a lot of background noises since we only had 15 minutes with the man at the end of the event while they were dismantling everything, you can see them removing posters and gunpla while we are doing the interview, we try to hide the sound of the cleaning with the music but that didnt work. we are sorry about this and hope to improve for next year. So bad logistic, bad moment, and probably bad audio editing choices. We are going to re release this interview at a later date probably with subtitles in many languages and with better editing i hope you still enjoy the discussion

Gunpla Network I do hope you get another chance and in better settings for audio/video recording. Congrats again on scoring this interview the one true Meijin Kawaguchi!
