Homeless enablers? You mean the landlords?

… No I don’t mean landlords. Those exist all over the country. I mean the uniquely Portland problem of politicians allowing homeless to block sidewalks from the disabled, litter and trash everything destroying the environment, being responsible for 40% of fire dept calls due to encampment fires, and assaulting and harassing innocent people trying to live in the city.
