I just made this cherry pie today. And I can tell you that this is AMAZING. It’s so gooooood; it’s definitely sweet but the sour taste of the cherries kind of blend it in. So it is well balanced. I suggest putting 1/2 cups of sugar or even 1/3 cups of sugar if you don’t like desserts too sweet. Also put a little bit of vanillas extract in the cherry sauce to make it smell really good.
