That system is already in place. Smith has just not pulled the trigger on it yet. Here's the thing, Trump's side can pull any scheme, tell any lie, skirt any law they care too and ultimately it doesn't add to his problems of the possible sentence he is facing. But let the government make even the smallest mistake and the entire case can end up being thrown out. What you see as Smith not doing his job is really Smith making sure he gives Trump's lawyers no basis to win on appeal, which we all know is where this is going.

It is when the judge appears to purposefully be trying to change the timing of ruling so that the government has no ability to appeal. It is worse when the judge already has a notion that the Appeals court will tell her that she is wrong as they ruled on whether classified records could be personal records already. They cannot be, and she knows it because the ruling was specifically against her ruling. This is an act of obstruction of justice. The writ will prove it if she does not follow the decision on simply ordering.

On another channel, the owner commented that they have been getting questions about why they keep posting such videos when nothing keeps happening. The answer is that if he stopped the media reports, that would only make Trump stronger because nobody would ever speak against him at all. It would be like saying OK Trump, you accomplished your goal to silence all your opposition, and give him even more power. Effective or not, these channels are important to at least keep up the media pressure on Trump and know that we are not going to shut up just because he wants us to.

If Cannon had erred on the Law ONCE, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals might rule against a writ of Mandamus. But with Cannon already misinterpreting the law TWICE, I think they will rule to remove her from the case, as the DOJ would request! We can always hope!!!

Personal records, blank stationary, and agency records clearly marked as being for reference. Agency records otherwise are the purview of the agency per Title V, and presidential records are the purview of NARA.

I am going to partially disagree with you. I agree with you that the appointment process needs reviewing I would suggest looking at the appointment process in the UK Constitutional Reform Act 2015. I disagree with you that you should ignore the Constitution. What may be an idea is to bring in a retirement age for judges. However that would not resolve then Judge Cannon situation who is below that retirement age. In that case the current removal process is the correct route to insure the independence of the judiciary.

What they are not considering is the Circuit Court ruling that the Judge is within their rights to set their own schedule on how they proceed and that some decisions are rendered in 30 days and some are rendered in 180 days depending on numerous factors. This really worries me. She obviously is being coached as to how to make her rulings, leaving the door open for her to later on dismiss the trial and nothing can be done about it. Smith should have asked for a writ of mandamus long since. Cannon cannot be allowed to play delay games. If she won't promptly issue a ruling, she should be forced to rule immediately or be removed from this case. After which it would be appropriate to refer her for judicial disciplinary charges.

...aiding and abetting -- IF it wasn't a "Judge". BUT what if a "Judge" is part of a plot/strategy to HELP a crime\criminal go unpunished ? ...it seems they can hide behind their 'title'... ugh eF it, over it...
