answer to your Questions at 36.00 is not taking loans. Change industrial policy, disband CITU, reduce labor cost of Kerala, reduce electricity charges then Industry will automatically come thus state revenue will increase. Reduce state government employees strength to half. reduce their salary to 60% Dissolve all loss making State public sector Companies.

@@JunaidMA Government has to prepare a policy for spending. Out of revenue how much to spend for Salary, pension, social pension, debt repayment and capital expenditure. Spending 103% of revenue for Salary of Govt. Servants, their pension and debt repayment cannot be even called planning. How can one justify spending 70% of revenue just for salary and pension of 5% of total population of the State? Why none has the gut to question this?
