This does work. I could tell difference in my jawline within 2 weeks of using it, it’s also sooo relaxing especially if you use it cold(I put in freezer overnight) in the morning. Gua sha changed my skincare routine. I love it! 🥰

Oofff do you know that's it's only lymphatic drainage!? It won't give you sharp jawline if you don't have the genes for it... either wise there's nothing wrong with having a little rounder softer jaw.. ❤️it's beautiful..

I wouldn’t recommend refrigerating it as the traditional way- the stone warms up as you go which actually helps the circulation better therefore more drainage

It does make the skin healthier because of activating the blood circulation and removing the dead skin but that is all. It will not make the face more defined or chiseled permanently. One needs to do it everyday , just like body workout, this is the face workout.

They help with fluid retention and just making the face look less puffy. Another way of doing that is massaging your face with face oil or in the shower if you don’t have a guasha or a jade roller. This will help stimulate blood circulation and drain away puffiness and release knots at tensed areas. Helps you relax a lot more ✨

Always use moisturiser or oils so tgat the gua sha glides instead of dragging. It should not be pulling on the skin which i can see happening alot in this vid and it is making me cringe 🙈🙈🙈 also when doing the neck you go downwards towards the collar bones because thats a drainage point for fluid retension. Also hold the gua sha in a slanted position so you can achieve the "scraping but not dragging" motion. I can not stress enough though that the face should be heavily moisturised when doing this (thats why i always do it at night when i use my night cream as it is heavy). Also this can be done with the hands too if you do not have a gua sha which is a gentler option with same results and my preferred way😊

I've been doing gua sha with a stainless steel tool for about a week. It makes my skin a little red but it feels really good! Skin looks smoother already. I'm 68. ♡Edit: Two months and a week later, I can testify this: my face and neck have more definition. Skin is so clear, no bumps, and I do believe my wrinkles are softening. I really love this practice. It's the most rejuvenating skin routine I've ever encountered!♡

There’s not much difference cause you’re doing the jawline/neckline incorrectly. You’re supposed to do yourface first which you’re doing correctly (Not so hard though & don’t shake) and then “scrape” from your temples down to your collarbone. Always downwards towards your collarbone for draining your lymphs... which will depuff your face.

Mam I came to know that before using rose quartz,we should soak it in salt water to purify it. And in one video someone told it's important to soak it for 3days in salt water just to check whether it's a real rose quartz or a coloured one. Now my question is if I soak it in salt water for such a long time, wouldn't it absorb the salt in it? And salt is not good for our skin no? So after soaking in salt water and then cleaning in tap water, would it gonna give us that glow to our skin when we will use it?
@rafianiazi695
@rafianiazi695 2 жыл бұрын
I think you shouldn't soak your guasha in salt water for a long time. In stead, wash it with warm, not hot water for cleaning purpose only. There are many fake guashas (plastic type) available in markets and people use it. Pro tip: put it on fridge and then use it. I'm not an expert but this is what I have learned from so many sources :)

I think the tight ponytail made the results unfair it will pull up your face slightly so it’s not all just gua sha and that’s fine because not everyone’s cheeks are from water retention I think microcurrent would work better for u

It will eff up your skin and cause irritation, possible dryness, excel oil production, or ruining its texture because of micro-tears from the gua sha tool, especially if done in excess and/or harshly. If you have cystic acne, much preferred to get it treated and then use this tool.
