Best interview of the series. Such a multi- dimensional personality with such clarity of thoughts. As a nation we indeed need more awareness about the lives of our Armed forces personnel. One fact which has shaken me to the core is that several of our war veterans who were captured as prisoners of war in the 1971 Indo- Pak war are still in prisons there. What are we doing as a nation for them and their families waiting for them eternally with hope? We need more war films to highlight their inspiring stories. J.P.Dutta has touched upon this theme in his Hindi movies. Unfortunately Tamil cinema has no film based on this theme to my knowledge. Advocate Sumathi ma'am's Trust's work is highly commendable . Here's a lady who walks the talk. We need more such interviews to inspire the common man and our youngsters.
