My possibly odd food combo that I love is butter on two slices of bread peanut butter on one piece of bread both of the slices your choice and then a little more butter on top of the peanut butter then it’s not too peanut buttery if extremely creamy and delicious

Chocolate Avocado Cake is actually common. There are so many recipes out there for it! I myself have made it using two different recipes, both time for an avocado lovers birthday, she loved it! I found the best way to do the avocados is to make sure they are super-ripe and they putting them through a sifter twice. It takes ALL of the lumps out and for people who don't like avocados, like me, if really helps. No sudden bursts of avocado flavour just a gently one throughout the whole cake. The way Laurie has done this one, however, looks amazing! I may have just found the next recipe to try!

Tip. When covered with butter cream, pop in fridge for 20 mins. It will go hard enough to continue with the icing layer, without falling apart.
