KAWASAKI BAYOU 220 BRAKES

Just got a free 1991 Kawasaki Bayou 220 from a guy my son-in-law works for. It's no cream puff but it's all there and looks to be worth the effort to get back on the trail. I don't know that it needs brakes but I'm assuming it needs just about everything so I found your video. I've seen other videos and yours is the best. Really good job. I could see what you were doing.. you explained it all very well ..good audio quality as you did the job and I'd give this video a 10! You said something that I didn't quite understand in that these Bayou's have 2 brakes on the front 2 wheels but only one back wheel has a brake!?! Did I hear that right?? If that's true then it makes sense why when you order a set of brake shoes they offer them as 3 sets of 2 (for a total of 6 shoes). I couldn't figure that out but you may have cleared that up for me. Ok well thanx man..great video! 👍

Yes there are two brakes in the front and one on the rear. I was fixing that one for a friend and there wasn’t many videos so I figured I’d make one. Thanks for the positive comment 👍🏼 Glad it helped

No the brakes was the only thing he needed. It was a good running quad though. Good 4wheelers!

What should I do if that arm will not go back on that gear?

Any tricks for getting that brake arm back on? It's a booger i tried to adjust
