I got one off my father in law he bought it lock up hasn’t been mudded to death or anything wild kids rode it mostly and they went through hunting trails and bean fields. I want to rebuild it I’m kinda overwhelmed to he took all the plastic off and down to finish up pulling yr engine

Where’d you get the torque spec manual? About to rebuild an 05 750 and would like to print it out as well
@ark2002 Жыл бұрын
Look up the kawasaki service manual for your year bike. Has every torque spec in it as well as nice diagrams.

I have a question for you man I just ordered a head gasket for my Kawasaki prairie 650 and they are all metal am I supposed to install them like that or they have something I supposed to put on On them?
@ark2002 Жыл бұрын
Nope they are all metal compression gaskets, although some people put a layer of copper coat on them for extra insurance, but I did not. Just make sure the mating surfaces on the engine where the gaskets go are super clean.

Do you rebuild them? I’m in Georgia
@ark2002 Жыл бұрын
No I don't, this was just a personal project and thought a video might help others who decided to rebuild their own.

Front or rear rod went bad
@ark2002 Жыл бұрын
If I remember correctly, it was the front.

@@ark2002that was the same on mine. Maybe fault with the engine manufacturer?
@ark2002 Жыл бұрын
Possible, but this engine had signs of being flooded with water at some point in time, which I suspect caused the failure.
