Hey thanks for the video. I have a chance to buy an 05 650 Brute Force it seems the rear axle seal is leaking and the carburetor leaks when it's idling probably needs a float adjustment. my question is to you is 2,300 miles a lot on these quads? as long as the oil was maintained correctly.and do you have a video on changing out the rear axel seal ? thanks in advance

I need help with the carrier/needle/roller bearing ( whatever is just inside the seal you just replaced in the video. All the bearings in mine fell out when I pulled the axle out. Have the new bearing. Stuck on what to do next.

Quick question, thinking about buying a 09 brute force 650 that needs a starter gear replaced. I’m assuming it’s not good to have a bunch of little sheared off teeth in a engine. How would I deal with that? Thanks I’m advance.

Having loose metal in an engine is never a good idea. You could try draining the oil and using a magnet to try and fish out any bits. Take off the oil filter and cut it open (see if it has metal in it). Many times the only way to get it all is to split the cases.

They stick like hell sometimes. Soak it in penetrating fluid over night. Make sure all the bolts are off fro the brake caliper etc.
