I tip my hat to you, the cost of labour alone outweighs the cost of the bike. It’s a grand job your doing.

Your videos Kawasaki ER5 are helping me a lot. I'm learning a lot about using ER5 much information you give on your channel. Here in Brazil there are not many ER5 and get information about this bike is very difficult. I'm watching the videos and waiting to see the finished motorcycle.

That little machine is sure coming in handy, interested to see how you clean in between the finning, and also interested in that steel frame you are using as a support, did you buy from B & Q or somewhere.........those small bench grinders are pretty cheap on eBay, do you suggest a 340 w size...????

+ROY Dean to be honest its a shite grinder but the wire wheel its ok. The higher the wattage the better really. As for the 'steel frame' its a wooden folding chair, juts fits the bill lol As for the finning its too large to get in there had to use a file wrapped in sand paper in the end - matt

+Pony Power.......... .....Thanks Matt....I'm still taking bits of the Yamaha XJ600...ready to take the engine out...split the cases and fit new bearings to the Output shaft....bought myself a cylinder bore gauge during the week............going to be a few months...but it will be fine in the end......

Are you going to do episode on the starter motor? Just took mine apart, there was black soot inside so I guess I've used it too hard, it does turn though.
@dirtygarageguy8 жыл бұрын
+fps100 yes will be doing soon, the black soot it just the brushes, measure them if they're smaller than 8.5mm you need to change them, they can tilt over and jam if they're smaller than that.
