Interesting video you make it look easy working on this bike Out of curiosity how was the vavle clearest out much when you did it ? What miles did you check them

Thank you, I checked them every 15,000 miles, and they were always within spec. Be aware that Kawasaki calculates how much the valves will seat and how much things will wear. NEVER ever set the valves on a Kawasaki before the prescribed interval or you will have tight valves. I was a factory trained Kawasaki mechanic and I went to Kwak school on the original Z1, and they were very serious about that.
