The KRX could use an additional A arm brace added to the back of the upper A-arm to complete the ultimate preventative maintenance repair. We have noticed the issue, and customers have been asking for it. Here is a quick video of how to install and why. THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!

Installing this bracket right now, 2023 krx 4 se with 300 miles, fought me pretty good. Getting it aligned, I was able to notch out a 2x4 to jack up between the axle and tie rod to put a little pressure on the rear side of support of a arm and came right out, I’ve bought every part of the “MUST” kit except the skid plate so far. And has been as easily done as seen in videos, GREAT Product and great tutorial videos!

Thank you. The key to getting it off and on is pretty much jacking up your vehicle and letting the tires hang.

@@fullaccessutv Yes I finally figured that out ,at full droop bolts went almost right in. Thanks for making these products, the door bushings are a spouse argument saver also!

I've been struggling with getting the 2 bolts out of the A-arms. I've got them a third of the way out, but I can't make any more progress. I tried your trick with the board, but it doesn't seem to help. I've tried prying in both directions and lifting up the machine a little. I'm at my wits end at this point.

@@briandunton8379 I think my trick just happened to work for me, maybe not necessarily correct. Try what full access replied with. Jack up the machine to the point the tires are off the ground or just before.(find the sweet spot) installing the brackets was much easier that way. Hope this helps.

Thanks for all these modifications Jake! The experience you have with running KRXs and the fixes you come up with for the "shortcomings" that Kawasaki probably never wanted to (or couldn't for budget reasons) are really helping extend the life of my KRX and helping it to perform much better. I've already upgraded my fuel system with your center dump fuel rail and filter. My tuning and clutching has been done based on your recommendation for the DynoJet PV3 as well as their clutch weights. I'm using your crossover ring silencers on my shocks as well, what a difference a simple rubber ring made! Next steps will be to go through your A, B, and C lists for all these suspension braces. Again, thanks for all the work you're doing and sharing with the rest of us. I can confirm they've all made a difference!

What's the best way to remove the bolts and nut without removing the wheel or anything? The nut is on super tight and all the room I have is a box wrench.

Agreed. It is tight in there. We usually use a box wrench with a box wrench extension to get leverage.
