Kawasaki KV75 restoration 1

Full restoration top to bottom - from big end bearings to clutch packs, from hand grips to tyres.... the lot!. Standard bore, Re-chromed everything - from cable adjusters to side stand, 2 pack paint Atomic Green. Didn't care for the standard green too much. Has a custom battery box and associated wiring fabricated to accommodate charging circuit, electric horn, blinkers & ignition switch. This little beauty is ready for the road. Check out the orange one I have completed.

Did you do a full motor rebuild also? Looks great.

Yep. This was a full rebuild, bearings, seals, cylinder reconditioning etc

Hey Adam, awesome rebuild! Who was your go to vendor for parts? I just picked up my Gpas KV75 and it's in rough shape.

Mostly ebay from the USA. Also had plenty of bikes to pick from, had 12 of them at one stage. Sold 5 runners off and the rest in parts. Got heaps of good spares but in a container at the moment. Be a year or so before I have access to them again
