No front fork alignment before you tighten the pinch bolts? We always compress the front end to align the shaft before we tighten the pinch bolts. No torque wrench in sight as well. However, great video! A fast mechanic isn't exactly the best mechanic for the customer but certainly the dealership.

Also, calipers should not have been left hanging from the brake cables, they should have been supported with zip ties or something. Agreed he got the job done but didn't follow many procedures.
