I have a 07 LT. Only have 50,400 on it did the majority in the first couple years and then I became pick the kids up grandpa so it really limited my time. I do have a Mustang seat on it which really helps. A gell pad from Walmart and 16 hour days in the seat are no problems. Did my Iron butt ride on it, went up Pikes Peak during it (not a good idea on a timed, distance ride) . Went to Oshkosh on it. Was headed to ride on the Big Mac bridge but got rained out two days. Regularly gets 40-44 mpg and tops out about 110 mph. It'll do the ton easy but squeaking out the last 10 takes the right conditions. If you ride lots of mileage in short time, a General Atlimax 195/65-15 fits the back wheel. Went through to in about 40 thousand. Not bad for a 65 dollar tire.

I love my 08 900 bobber. I honestly lucked out by walking into a shop that wanted it gone. Paid 1800 and it is totally worth 2 or 3 times that. So smooth, got enough power for just me. Im 170 and I do not need any more that it offers. Super well balanced too. Just cant say enough good things. Kawasaki nailed it when they built the Vulcan.

@@danielgagne485 it is beautiful and thank you so much for replying. Do you mind if I ask you what is the max comfortable cruising speed? Could you write it for 150 miles and still be comfortable? Are you in America? I've driven in a few states there and American roads seem to really suit these style of bikes. I'm in London and we have such tight roads in a city that was built from 1,000 years ago that we are crushed by the density of the narrow roads and so much traffic. These type of bikes are for fun outside of London but for inside London we need a little bit narrow commuters. But I think a bike like this might make London traffic more relaxing :-)

ken cohagen when most talk about the smoothness of the motorcycle theyre referring to the engine and the drivetrain. A smooth motorcycle has predictable power delivery when letting off the clutch and provides a comfortable ride without being high vibration or uncontrollable.

Don't confuse power with a bike gear so low it turns 4500 RPMs at 75. with a final drive ratio of 4.33 it will feel quick but the top end speeds suck the big one at 4500 rpm at 75. along with fuel mileage drops from 53 to 42. so it is only a city bike or 1500 mile a year bike it suck if you do 20,000 miles a year. Why would Kawasaki build a low gear bike when most people cruse 80 or 85 down the freeway.
