Kawasaki Z7 hybrid review

So first of all massive thank you Orwell Motorcycles for letting me have this brand new model for the day!!
Something totally different to what I'm used to, 451cc petrol engine with an EV engine to add! first hybrid id ever ridden! Hats off to Kawasaki for making it and getting it out to the market, and the first people to do it also so that's an impressive start! I found a few little things with the bike I really wasn't sure on, and a few things that definitely need changing in any future models, but saying that I can see potential for these bikes to go somewhere. Im not used to riding without a clutch or changing gear on the handlebars as you'll see in the video but it was a nice experience to try! I tried to be as honest as possible without sounding like I was dissing the bike, as that really wasn't the case, it was a good bike but needs a little tweaking in places. Im not sure how well it'll go down just yet as like I said in the clip I just don't think we're there yet with the hybrid and electric models to many die hard petrol fans still about including myself, but that's what the future of biking will become one day!
I think a few people will take one for a spin just from the curiosity of it, by all means if you do take one please let me know your thoughts on it!

How did I only just figure out you have YT! 😮👍🏻 Also yeah, electric bikes not for me, will be stockpiling old bikes I guess. You're right it's good kawasaki are trying to get ahead of the game.

@@andyh9068 I totally agree with you. I’m not sure the market is there for it, but unfortunately one day it’s all that’ll be available, so hats off to Kawasaki for getting a head start on it. And yeah thank you, finally got the mic and camera set up right 🙌🏻

Oh I think I get you now, so the thumbnail pic is taken on a camera with a photographer. Then when I do the talking it’s captured on my phone on a tripod and mic with the forward facing camera so it flips it. 😂

@@bikerwithabag watch the video the bike is leant the wrong way and all the writing is backwards on the bike and signs. Even when u say no clutch you pull the brake side 😂😂

@@Phillc748yeah that bits all filmed on forwarded facing so it’s flipped. I’ll see about working out how to film the same but flipping it so it looks normal 😅
