Hi just found your channel and love it,straight forward no fuss 👍 I'm about to do a total restoration of a 94 Zephyr, on my channel. I'm currently stripping the carb, which I've done before on my Zx10. But these carbs were not with the bike, no exactly sure they are the correct ones🙄 But was hoping you could show the finished rebuild. Hoses pipes etc, I can find parts diagrams. But they don't show this. Cheers

Can the individual carburators be taken apart too? My ultrasound cleaner only fits one carburator

Yes, you can. We didn't need to as we know someone with a big cleaner, but they'll dewfinitely split.

What's that wee bracket on the outside of (I think) #3 carb's float bowl? Never seen that before. Thanks for clarifying which carbs have the larger jet, mine only had 1 by size 92. I can sort that! Thanks!

I don't know what bracket you're referring to. Feel free to send a pic to [e-mail]. Unless you're saying that you do not have the bracket? Or let me know where in the video MM:SS is the best shot of the bracket in question.

@@MotorcycleFettlers at 04:50-odd to 05:10-ish, my mistake it looks like #1, the little cad-plated bracket on the bottom of the fliat bowl. Mine definitely doesn't have that, wondering if it's a fuel heater system bracket (Australian delivered didn't get that system). Thanks again!

I'm pretty sure that's the bracket for the carb warmer. We've passed this bike on, now, so I can't look. If you've got the four little car warmers, then I think you'd know, so I'm guessing you don't have those either? I don't think the carb wrmers offer much value, anyway.

I removed the reference to Yambits in my response. I was mistaken as to the video you were referring to. The car heaters on the Zeph are small cylinders. I think they're like hen's teeth, if you are looking to find some.
