Great video! Are you doing more operations on the Zeph 1100 or was this just a one time event? Can’t find a lot of these on the tube.

The Zeph’s running rich, so I need to look at the carb set up and replace the air filter, so that’s really the next thing to do. I’ll get a video posted about this at some point! Glad you liked the clutch replacement video, many thanks

@@themotorcycleshed380 Looking forward to that. Mine has stock jets all over but K&N filter (sitting in stock air housing). The exhaust is stock headers with some aftermarket short pipes (4-2). My engine pops quite a lot when I drop the throttle. Will watch your vid on this for sure.

When looking at clutch parts at the original Kawasaki parts dealer the 8 x steel plates comes with three different choices of thickness (2.0, 2.3 and 2.6mm). How should I order when doing a total change of all the plates, both steel and friction?

Service manual: Install the steel plates and all the new friction plates in the housing temporarily for measurement purpose (Standard 2.3mm x6 and 2.0mm or 2.6mm thickness x1) ....So 2.0 or 2.6 should be last.
