Kawasaki ZX-14R SE Yoshimura R77 Exhaust Sound Comparison

Just thought I'd show some motorcycle content again. Here's the before and after sound comparison of the Yoshimura R77 Carbon slip-on exhaust vs stock. It sounds great, also about 20lbs are gone!

bought a ZX14R two weeks ago (after two ZX14), I received the R77 cans (stainless steel) this morning and just installed them. Looks sooo much better!

I just bought a zx14. Still standard pipes. Waaaaay to quiet,big and bulky. Enjoyed your video. Short and to the point. Cant wait to fit my aftermarket pipes.

Hard to choose which exhaust to go with for this bike. Yosh might be my first choice too. Color goes with the bike and you can never have enough carbon fiber look. Thanks for uploading this man!

Yea, I looked at them all obsessively before choosing. The smaller/shorter pipes are lighter, but even louder and not as deep a tone. I was between this and the Brocks titanium single sided pipe. That one was almost $2k, it would be lighter but louder no doubt. The Yosh pipes won it for me. These are pretty loud still with the DB killers out, but not annoying. I think it looks cool with duals too.

You mean with the quieting insert? Without. I haven't been able to put it in, it's almost impossible once it's on the bike.

@@Clint_the_Audio-Photo_Guy I just bought a new zx14r (2020) a few months ago and it's not even broken in yet. I'm thinking that the stock exhaust HAS to go but not sure what's the best bang for the buck in the aftermarket. I do like the look and sound of those Yoshi's though.

Looks good but doesn't sound much different to me. An in-line four will always sound like an in-line four.
