I had an Okuma ITX 3000 reel last year, I probably got maybe 3 or 4 sessions out of it before it completely seized up and broke. Maybe I just got the dud reel in the batch but was very disappointing.

That is extremely strange, I’ve only had positive experiences with the reels. I’m sure there’d be a warranty job on that and I doubt that would happen again.

@@NevsFishing I won the reel in the tackle tactics comp through tackle world with a TT rod and a bunch of plastics. So I wasn't too upset at losing money and I don't believe id have a warranty on a prize reel. I just believed that Okuma was high quality.

Nev , love the vids always. Mate need a few Barra videos, basically something different. Love the squid and schnapper fishing, but you are an explorer so as a person looking at the video, I think the vids are becoming boring, I would rather something different for a change. See how you go mate, Just a different video with a different species. Sorry mate just a different view from a fisherman that cares. I have watched a squadron of all your vids. PS. Catch a few and show the cook up. Fillet, crumb and taste, a good recipe on top of your catch will be a great show to watch mate. I recon you will quadruple your viewers, just saying. God bless.
