I have bait envy. Here in Texas, you can’t use game fish or even any part of a game fish for bait. Bluegill, carp, or shad are all we can use. Great video!

I have used a few different types over the years. I mainly use cheap garden gloves that are rubber on the palm side and cloth on the back.
