I love kayak fishing. That being said buy a boat unless you want to spend huge bucks on a rig like this. This dudes kayak was more expensive than a decent 16” fishing boat with most of the toys. Go cheap on a kayak and go big on a boat. Love that this guy has a big following. Great content.

Great for us rookies to see the evolution of your setups on the kayaks and gear used running your channel. Your no bs approach as to what works well and the not to swell purchases goes a long way with viewers. Appreciate the honesty and know when you recommend it - bank on it working for you too. Supervisor Roscoe approved video! Miss him too!

Good Day Justin!!! My wife and I went Carp fishing on purpose for the first time today. We used your technics and had several good bites. My wife caught a 12 pound common. Great times were had. Thanks. More to come now that we have figured it out. We were fishing in central Washington State and had the opportunity to share your knowledge with another young fisherman. Now if we can figure out some good recipes for these guys, all the better.

Hey the next time you go to South Florida and you decide you might like to bluegill fish get some fatty bacon cut it up for bait and some worms and go around to some of the ponds and or even the lakes fish about 6 to 10 foot of water and of course docks and veggatation. You could hook up some serious hand n a half and 2 hands bluegills. There is some monsters in lake Okeechobee. Also a little tip on the peacocks when your in the veggie coves and canals use one of those eat me top water frogs and use violent type noise retrieves! Also get you some shiners and fish live floaters. One more hint if you do not already know hit keys highway in Ft.Pierce Florida and fish them road side canals and bridged just be mindful of the gators. Also highway 41 heading towards Mami. Congrats on your Tornament win in Santee, SC great catfish hole! God speed

The pa14 is the best kayak platform on the market. Very solid, very stable. I got rid of mine simply because of the weight. Changed to a nucanoe unlimited because it’s 60 lb. lighter. It’s a little more stable but it’s not as sturdy. Thinner plastic and lower gunnels makes for a lighter boat. Xi3 mounted and it’s great for what I do.
@timharris74252 жыл бұрын
A person could easily get 10k in a setup like this, but its whatever you're into, a 10k kayak setup is the elite but a 10k boat is eh, whatever, I personally dig your setup. Nice rig.

I appreciate you going through the setups on your kayak, (all the accessories). The most important thing that I was hoping to learn is what design makes a kayak the most stable? As you pointed out in another vider stability is a very important and desired trait. What design makes the most stable? Do you have a video explaining? Or more importantly, a video 'showing' the bottom of a stable built kayak? Please advise.... Phillip Hall
