I visited the launch site after I met you folks in February. It was amazing how clear the water is there. My son has just moved to Florida, so next year I just might visit this area again and put a boat in the water. Take care.

The best time to go is in the middle of the week. Fewer people. You will definitely enjoy the float.

Where We Roam Is Home, KZbin. Wow I have missed y'all and missed Florida. Water looks amazing, y'all look amazing. Great shots. Our weather is a bit on the lousy side. Love the launch at Ichetucknee Springs. Last year we had to paddle all the way up stream just to get to float back down stream. Safe travels.

The launch facility is fantastic. We'll be slowing moseying back to Arkansas, arriving around the first week in May, hoping the weather improves by the time we arrive.

That was a beautiful setting on the water waterway. I may have missed it; but, did you paddle back to your starting point or was the place you got out a different place and they transported you back to your vehicles?

It was a different place. We had extra vehicles to cover the return trip.

About 2 hours. I charge folks a quarter to watch me get out of my kayak. 😁

There are rental places there, but we had our own boats and shuttled ourselves with 2 vehicles. All we had to pay was a $6 entrance fee per vehicle.
