Kayla told Adam same lie she told jury, blaming Harmony - even to this day- for not going to a bathroom. She knew Adam would punish Harmony!! Even though it wasn’t Harmony’s fault that Kayla didn’t take Harmony to use a bathroom and just left Harmony no choice but to go in the car. She just sat by and let Harmony take the blame. And still blaming Harmony on the stand. Kayla very well could have caused Harmony’s death as Adam has claimed. Being a victim of domestic violence can go BOTH WAYS and KALA ABUSED HARMONY!!! It’s also to poke holes in her story, looking for contradictions in her original testimony to police. She is not a credible witness as it is, first off as a convicted perjurer and secondly as being in active addiction at the time she is confessing to Harmony being killed and disposed of. This is scary because I believe her but at the same time she shouldn’t be believed. If the defense can show that there is a chance they can show reasonable doubt and Adam Montgomery will get away with the abuse and murder of his first child and only little girl. What a travesty.

Because her testimony is the only thing that they had against Adam. She got a deal that if she testified against him then she would get charged with (insert whatever they charged her with, I forgot). It’s unfortunate, but if Kayla didn’t get a deal, she likely wouldn’t have testified, and both of them would’ve gone free. Having Adam behind bars is better than nothing, at least. They should both be there though ):

You know, I just realized something. Kayla said Adam had a face of pure evil that scared her (but not “evil” enough to save herself or those babies). And Kayla was probably zombied out most of the time. Poor Baby Girl Harmony, that sweet sweet name. Imagine that innocent angel got to take in that Satanic man and his full aggression and oppression so much so that she urinated herself and defecated on herself not unlike many people do right at the moment that they see death come for them. Look I'm sure this Older Female Prosecutor has had an amazing Career in Law over the Decades she's been practising but maybe it's time to Retire and believe me I know she probably feels years away from that but I've have 80yr old relatives that refuse to Retire. They act and feel like They did in their 40s and 50s and couldn't stand sitting around all day doing nothing. However this Lawyer is constantly making mistakes, remembering things they've been over incorrectly and it's confusing wondering what her end goal is. We wouldn't know the testimony unless it were read. I don't know if the jury would. Do they read through all of the evidence and police interviews? It shows Kayla is a calloused irresponsible parent. She's not traumatized by Harmony dying. No 911 to see if Harmony could be resuscitated, dried blood on her face for days, and no where to go to bathroom. Instead of checking on her welfare, they eat and then scramble to cover up the mess. So what.if Kayla intervenes and Adam hits her one extra time that day, she's used to it by then. check on that baby girl and get smacked. It was beneficial for the room to hear even if it was drawn out and seemed lame.
