Something isnt sitting well with me. Kayla was obviously jealous of the blonde, attractive new girlfriend Kelsey. Around December 2022, Kayla and Adam were fighting over Kelsey. Kayla obviously still loved Adam at that time, hence why she volunteers info about him also being jealous of her (Kayla) messing around too. She needed everyone to think she wasn't the one still hung up on him, that it was mutual. Anyway, Adam then gets arrested during the investigation. A couple months later, Kelsey is found dead in a motel room and the police say it's not a suspicious death. Considering I'm a female and know how they work in the depths of their feelings, so did Kayla spill some beans to Kelsey about Harmony to spite Adam? What did Kelsey really know? It just doesn't sit well with me! Edit: Also, another thing that doesn't sit well about Kayla is her slight attitude problem. It's normal she'd be annoyed at the defense's questions but what rubs me wrong is Kayla's automatic reflex to answer with an attitude at times. That subtle attitude problem isn't regarding the questions; it's who she is at her core. Kayla also isn't saddened that she's here about Harmony. She's sad because she still loves that dickface Adam and that he turned on her. Pay attention, too, to when Kayla's voice gets lower or when the vocal fry gets worse. It's very telling.

His attorney is completely awful. She reminds me of Amber Heard's attorney. Such nonsense questions, spending all that time asking questions to try to "expose" Kayla for lying to the grand jury, when that was already settled and Kayla admitted to it. Utter stupidity. It goes to show that Adam really did do everything Kayla said bcz they'd be building a case on other facts, if there were any; not asking a million questions just about her lying to the grand jury. They have no case for his innocence.

Well, when Kayla said she only lied to the grand jury TWICE, the defense attorney then meticulously went down the list and counted more than TWENTY lies Kayla had told the grand jury. If they can impeach Kayla’s testimony here in this trial, then what is the proof of how Harmony died or who was actually responsible? Kayla’s lies (both then and now) could very well amount to reasonable doubt in Adam’s case, and what a travesty that would be. They both deserve to be in prison.

Kayla insisted she only lied to the jury TWICe, the defense attorney even qualified the question for Kayla, who then insisted she only recalled lying TWO times to the grand jury. Perhaps you should re-watch Kayla’s testimony, I myself have watched Kayla’s full direct and cross-examination many times this weekend. And a court NEVER proves innocence, it proves guilt BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Well, I have doubts about Kayla’s account of how Harmony died and she is the ONLY witness to her death besides the defendant. If the jurors feel the same way when this trial is over, Adam will not be charged with 2nd degree murder of Harmony Montgomery.

Put yourself in her position, she’s sitting right beside him in the passenger seat. There was nowhere for her to go, nowhere to hide so now the coverup of the murder begins. Once the lie starts, next come the warnings along with the threats and she has 2 tiny babies. She should have called 911 for Harmony. Abused people are simply trying to keep the peace, trying to not stir up the hornets nest. Kayla’s actions proves one lie follows another. I agree. Maybe someone would have listened to this so-called mother because Adam's uncle told about 8 people, including Harmony's mother (who also called CPS), grandmother, her foster mother, and even CPS, yet nobody did anything. That poor child never had a chance thanks to drug addicted parents and a messed up system that handed that monster this precious child. It's so infuriating that Harmony's death was preventable, and nothing was done. Now, the coward won't even show his face in the courtroom. If Adam had an ounce of love for his daughter, he would at least tell LE or his lawyer where her remains are and give her the proper burial she deserves. I can't wrap my mind around anyone capable of doing what Adam did, let alone the adults who chose to ignore an extremely dangerous man beating his partially blind 5-year-old daughter. Kayla should have left the hotel with her children and gone straight to LE from the day he put Harmony's remains in the ceiling. This case is beyond infuriating and so sad

This monster didn’t go to police when Harmony was being hit but she did go to the police when he hit her. My late husband put his hands on my son & I came to his defense. I grabbed his shirt until he let go of him. They fell on my knee & he stopped. Me & my boys were taken to hospital. I was done. I did everything as a Momma Bear, you protect your cubs no matter what.
