Love mushrooms in any sauce, yes if cooked properly they can taste better than some meat. Mushroom and chicken in a mushroom sauce is one of my favourite meals.

Absolutely delicious, and so simple. How could I have not known this? You bring it all home, and create a primary dish which could have a myriad of side dishes. Wonderful! I sided this with lobster mac and cheese. Local Spiny lobster. Mushrooms were still the winner. What is the music? It is so perfect to accompany your cooking. I think I might like to play that tune, if I only knew what it was. Thank you!!
