Kind of his fault tho. He held the baton on the very end and his arm sway went to far ahead of his torso. Should had a better grip like the other guys in frame.

It would only be a disqualification if there was an obvious intentional none track move. He did not break his arm running form and did not do anything extra to knock it out. Contact happens in relays and that is why it is the runners responsibility to hold on to the baton.

Dude with the prosthetics slick has an advantage. He gets no muscle fatigue in his legs like everyone else.

Yes he does in fact it's worse and the muscle fatigue doesn't occur in your calves it occurs in your glutes and hamstrings. There is a reason why paralympians and their world records are considerably slower than able bodied athletes.
