Glad to see a review that mentions ride and noise. Most car reviews just drive slowly around a bend while saying "understeer... derp" or whatever they read in motortrend, who live in a fantasy land where every day is a track day.

I drove one and was very surprised, this thing gets up and goes when pushed. I thought it was going to be slow and sluggish but it was very responsive and nimble with a nice amount of power. Perfect interior and options too. After driving it, my views have changed.

+Eli Goldstein The Miata is the most raced car in the world. The last time I checked, most race car drivers are guys. It is also the best selling roadster of all time. About 1 million sold to date since 1989, while the Porsche 911 has sold 700,000 since 1963. This means, lots of OEM & aftermarket parts. Of course, you need to test drive both to be sure. Good luck.
