People want the KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut etc videos because they are multinationals, meaning they're accessible to most people. Much as a Mom and Pop place might get an extra couple of customers from a video, only those in the locality can get there. You'll never make everyone happy all the time, if they comment to congratulate or complain, it's still a comment. Same with likes and dislikes. Use them as a guide to what's working rather than take it too personally.
