It's nice to have these kinds of special episodes once in a while! As a normal citizen, I learned a lot of things that's happening inside firefighting job, and learned how awesome and respectful it is! In Australia people are also discouraged to call ambulance carelessly, and now I feel like it should be spread around the world too :) Thank you KBS!

Hello Counselor really knows how to cheer a girl up, as well as provide some heartfelt moments after a long day. Such a great episode! Everyone knows I LOVE Yeongja (and by everyone I mean just me lol), so y'all know I was TOO hype when she got carried in by the fireman. And when the fireman from the second concern did CPR, I had to replay that. I definitely ended up falling for the second concern, he's so hilarious in a cute, yet cringe-y way lmao.

I felt so happy for yeongja when she got carried during the intro. They make a lot of jokes about her weight, even though she uses that to make money she must still be self-conscious . Nobody was able to carry her before so I think this made her feel very happy. I love yeongja so this made me very happy too

Grace Lee You're supposed to move to the side in S. Korea too. It's just that some people are really ignorant. Where I live, you have to move to the side, but a lot of people don't because they believe their own problems matter a whole lot more. Every second counts, but people here don't understand that.

Grace Lee i thought it's illegal NOT to move in the U.S I was once stuck on a small highway (1 lane on on each direction) and even though traffic was jammed and i could not move, when there is a fire truck, people drive off the road so there space for firetruck to go through.

The beginning had me thinking i'd accidentally clicked Magic Mike video but i was happy watching still...i enjoyed this special although the issues as always weren't tackled well enough...the last one i thought the fact drivers don't respect the siren was unbelievable, i think in my country you get fined that's why people move out, that and basic decency, the time they spend in traffic means a person's life

One of the best episodes ever! I can relate to most of their concerns quite well as a healthcare professional myself. Unless you work in the medical field yourself (in a chaotic environment, as in not in clinics or inpatient floors), one cannot even imagine what we face on a daily basis.

In Malaysia we have the same problem too.. When the ambulance or polis or even firetrucks are driving on the road with an emergency case,many people seldom move their car as they will have the thought of " well he can pass through it,why should i move my car? " but luckily there are still an amount of people which will horn other cars if they are not moving out. Seriously,just move your car.

in my country people always move to sides when there is an ambulance or fire truck passing... but to get an ambulance to come for you is very hard... when I was younger I got carbon monoxide poisoning and I was unconscious but the ambulance didn't really want to come but fortunately my mother didn't give up and they eventually came

I'm glad US imposes fines for people who call emergency services for non-urgent situations. I also think people who do not move aside for emergency service vehicles should be recorded (like dash cams police cars use) and heavily fined. Don't they know they may be stopping these people from saving their own family members?!?
