Lot to love Kawasaki putting the crank seals inside the casing meaning an engine split for a leaking crank seal.

Where did you get the components for the crack case compression test? I need to make one as well. Thanks

I need help reinstalling my stator. I noticed 4 taps for screws. The stator appears to only use 3 screws to mount. What its the extra tapped hole for?

Hello again! I've just examined my motor and found a leak, too... :( Should I split crankcases and weld it from the inside or should I use some sealant from the outside? What can you suggest?

Awesome video! What were some of the symptoms of the bad stator? I have an e series kdx200 and the po had replaced the source coil years ago and I think I'm having similar problems he had. 0-.25 throttle it's fine but as soon as I open it up it bogs and pops and bangs and backfires.

i've opened magneto cover and discovered a huge amount of black oil or carbon... is it seal damaged or those leaks you've just show us? uhm... what should we do with those leaks?! new crankcase? (

fxgtlive pressure test your crank case, like he shows in the video. if the crank seals are leaking, split the cases and replace the crank seals/bearings. if it's just the case leaking, jbweld it !

I made the video. I fixed it by getting the cases HPC coated on the inside. Its a thin ceramic coating. No more problem. Cost me around $80 NZD from what I remember
