വേറൊരു പ്രശ്നമുണ്ട് അളിയാ ഈ വീടൊക്കെ വാങ്ങാൻ കാശുള്ളവൻ ഒരിക്കലും മറ്റൊരുത്തന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ നോക്കാൻ സമയമുണ്ടാകില്ല മറ്റുള്ളവൻ കാശുണ്ടാക്കുന്നതും വളരുന്നത് നോക്കി നിൽക്കുന്നവരാണ് ഈ പ്രശ്നക്കാരൻ.. ഇങ്ങനെ വില്ലകൾ നിറഞ്ഞു നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു സ്ഥലത്ത് ഡ്രൈവർ ആയി ഞാൻ ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്നു വർഷങ്ങളായിട്ട് അപ്പുറത്തെ വീട്ടിൽ ആരാണ് താമസിക്കുന്നത് പോലും അറിയില്ല അവരാരും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ഇടപെടുകയില്ല അവന്റെ മകന് വലിയ ജോലി കിട്ടി എന്നോ ശമ്പളം ഉണ്ടെന്നോ ഇതൊന്നും ഇവർ ചർച്ച ചെയ്യില്ല.. എന്റെ ജോലി എന്റെ ബിസിനസ് എന്റെ ക്യാഷ് എന്റെ വീട് ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള ചിന്താഗതിക്കാർ ആവും അധികവും .. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള സ്ഥലത്ത് ഒരു മതിലിന്റെയും ആവശ്യമില്ല നമ്മളെപ്പോലെയുള്ള ആളുകൾക്ക് കൂടെ ഉള്ളവന് നല്ല ജോലി കിട്ടിയാൽ അത് ആലോചിച് ഉറക്കം ഇല്ല.. അല്ലങ്കിൽ കയ്യിൽ നല്ലൊരു മൊബൈൽ സ്വന്തം സുഹൃത്തിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ കണ്ടാൽ ഉറക്കം നഷ്ടപ്പെടും... മേല്പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും 99% ഇല്ലാത്തവരാണ് ജീവിതത്തിൽ വിജയിച്ചവർ... അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളവർ ഇങ്ങനെ മതില് കെട്ടാതെ ജീവികും 😊😊😊

One thing you missed to show is the Laundry. American/ Canada town,semi detached or detached houses have dryer and washer which is essential while buying houses. I just mentioned because you frequently mentioned American houses. Ofcourse it is a wonderful project. My daughter's house is in Tripunithura.

What they are talking is to cheat buyers, some people with easy money will be rushed when they hear "American Model" I don't think what they show has any relation to American model villa, I have been to US 14 times between 1978 to 2023. After all it is bricks and mortar not worth for the hard earned money , I was born and brought up in Tripunithura and I purchased the apartment built by Skyline in 1978, like many owners here desperate to get rid of it now.

This is not so close. Surrounded by paddy fields and there is some stream running behind. I think this is built on low lying area and could be probe to flooding. Within the project area, it is well maintained and seem to be the place for the rich and affluent.

4:58 I am staying in one of the Skyline premium new apartment (just 6 years old )in Kottayam. Facilities and ambience is very good. But coming to the quality of construction they should improve a lot. There are 55 apts in our flat, most of them are facing dampness in walls... Aftersale service is also not that good. Initially they will support us but after few years they are not that supportive. I faced a dampness issue when i just moved to the apt, after complaing they blamed about the interior people and after checking they came to the conclusion that the complaint is from their side only.... They recified it... Still i am facing dampness issue in our new apt here and there... So. Minnunathelam ponalla..😢
