Speed is the only Die Hard rip-off to outdo Die Hard. It was maybe later overshadowed by The Matrix but to those who were following movies closely back then, Speed was a landmark in action-movie style, pacing and editing. Post-Speed, basically all action movies copied its editing style. I think it was more influential than Die Hard itself.

Speed is a must watch each summer. Excellent mid day summer movie to have on. Has a 30 minute intro so you got lots of time to grab food beers etc

I dont know if anyone has EVER had a better career than Keanu. He's neo and john wick. Thats like 2 billion dollars in movies. And all his stand alone movie up to the late 2000s are hits. And hes still the most chill person ever who would stop on the sidewalk just to pet a cat etc and has fundraisers and makes motorcycles by hand and does kung fu often and smokes hella weed.. A true bro.

Can everybody please stop using this narrators voice! This over-dramatised style, constantly grabbing for your attention is so dated. One just can´t blend out that this is just a script read out. It just not authentic. Everything is presented as if it was important - but if everything is important, nothing is. Also, you´re not telling a story here. It´s just "he made that movie for a paycheck of x mio $ that had a budget of y mio $ and cashed in z mio $. Next he made that other movie aso asf". That´s not a script, thats an Excel table.

One of the biggest movie stars of all time. He’s been a part of some of the biggest franchises (The Matrix, John Wick), some of my favorite indies (My Own Private Idaho, River’s Edge) and he’s stayed relevant for decades and even more so now people seem to appreciate his longevity and genuine humanity

i loved point break when it came out i remember seeing at the theater and then when it came out on vhs i got a copy. My fav keanu movies devils advocate , constintine, matrix , wick and johnny mnemonic
