I was 47 yrs old when I started South Korean TaeKwondo until age 52. I was Brown belt going for Red when my Rt. Hip kicking leg gave out. Req. A total hip replacement. God I so remember training all yr even hot Montana summer heat jogging up a cliffs in full uniform. I Loved it won trophies in my age section. that's why I love John Wick. Its real.🥇
