Always cook your rice in plenty of water and drain. That's how we cook our rice.

Love or hate coriander has been shown to be genetic

The coriander thing is literally genetic. Some people hate it because thier dna has made thier taste buds recognize the chemical in coriander as a soap flavour. Other people might not like it but not absolutely become repulsed by it. Those of us with the genetic variation can taste a single leaf In a Dish and it spoils the whole dish.
